A Factually significant and impactful read. Raymond Head’s: Why? is an evocative tool that examines the influence of how an American system has influence and failed not only us but our future generations. There is no one I think that would not benefit spiritually, physically, and intellectually from reading this book. This author has complete control over his views and it translates very well on paper. He is one to watch!
Yes, he’s done it again. WHY? is a powerfully irrefutable read that I highly recommend for children and parents from all walks of life. Not only is it extremely informative, it is also interest evoking and inspiring. WHY? is a thought-provoking work that seeks to inspire readers by highlighting the importance of cultural identity, dispelling historical biases, and empowering individuals to overcome challenges. It focuses on a universal message of unity and self-discovery. The author passionately believes that educating our children is an essential process. With that being said, I felt his passion on every page of the book.
Brilliant! A must-read, I gave this book a rating of five stars. Reading each chapter rendered a cause-and-effect scenario; opening windows to our history and so much more. Chapter 2, is a beautiful love dance introducing Mother Afrika, enticing the reader to seek their own history. I encourage this read for group settings, family nights, and Sunday dinners with friends. It’s great for gifts, or just for general conversation while sitting around chilling. I truly believe that after completing this read, You will come away a better loving individual who is engaged with a purpose.
He is driven by passion and the need to provide the necessary cultural substance for children, particularly children of color. Raymond is thoroughly convinced that a legacy of money cannot replace a heritage of dignity. Inherently, “Mother Afrika” instructs us to “Know Thyself.”
He avidly studies Afrika because he can’t know his history or heritage without her. Without that knowledge, he can’t know himself or sufficiently aid our children in knowing who they are, where they come from, and where they still must go.
